Pastor Lynne Biddle, Care Pastor at CCC, is a native to Midland.  Having attended CCC for over 15 years, she was called into ministry in 1996.  Her husband, Richard, is originally from the Indianapolis area and they have 3 children, Justin, Michael and Sarah.  Pastor Lynne's ministry includes general care for the congregation, hospital visitation, as well as shut-ins, women's ministry, senior adult ministry and benevolence.

"So many individuals come through our doors with deep hurts and great needs.  As much as I wish I could fix all the problems and heal all the hurts, I know that I cannot.  Nevertheless, we serve a God who is able to do exceedingly, abundantly more than we could ask or even imagine.  Our God is Jehovah Rapha - our healer, and Jehovah Jireh - our provider.  Through the Word of God and prayer, it is a great joy to give encouragement and comfort to others.  My heart's desire is to always be led and motivated by the Holy Spirit to enter into the good works God has prepared in advance for me, but dressed appropriately for the task.  Clothed in compassion, and having put on Love.".

Pastor Jacob grew up in Northern Michigan. He graduated from Northwood University with his Bachelor's degree in Business Management in 2011. While on Northwood's campus Jacob came into a relationship with the Lord Jesus, and ever since Jacob has had a passion to reach students on the college campus with the love and power of Jesus Christ. Jacob served in several different leadership positions at the college ministry on Northwood campus, and also at Christian Celebration Center before coming on staff. Some ways Jacob has served in ministry include president of the campus ministry at Northwood, Small groups leader, US & Local missions college representative, and CCC choir.

Jacob believes that young adults are the future and that they have the capacity and influence to see the whole world changed through the love of Jesus, and he plans to equip them to do exactly that. Jacob says "Nearly every great revival in history has started out with young people, it's time for our generation to see another great move of God, and I believe that will happen as we get young people to fall in love with Jesus."
