CONSTRUCTION UPDATE - 12/15/10 Our building expansion is quickly moving along. The addition was “enclosed and winterized” the first week of December. Brick work is currently being completed on the exterior, and progress on the interior is happening rapidly. Drywall is being hung, electricians are completing their wiring runs and HVAC duct work is being finalized.
Our projected move-in date is February 1st.
For some exciting news about the project, please click the “building campaign” section on the drop-down menu to the right. CONSTUCTION UPDATE - 10/14/10 The construction of CCC’s 9000 square foot expansion kicked into high gear the week of October 10, 2010:
• Gerace Construction and the subcontractors on the project have completed all of the foundation work, including footings, foundation walls, rough-in plumbing lines, and curbs.
• The main concrete floor has been poured and is cured.
• The HVAC system “pods” have been delivered and are on-site waiting to be installed.
• The steel support columns are up and ready for the joist and deck system for the roof.
• The joist and deck system for the roof will be delivered this week.
• The brick will be delivered this week.
• The projected “move in” date for Phase 1 and Phase 2 continues to be January 1, 2011.
