You are invited to join us Sunday mornings for an exciting, kid friendly, never dull journey into the Word of God. The Power Plant is the place where “Kids Find the Power to Succeed”. This themed Sunday morning kid’s service for grades 1st – 6th is a high-impact, fast moving program that uses drama, puppets, object lessons, illusions, costumed characters, music videos, and high-tech equipment to fill kids with the knowledge and love of God. Children's Ministry at CCC Small Discipleship Groups: During Wednesday evening service, children are in Christian Education classes according to their current grade in school. These classes serve as small discipleship groups that use a standardized curriculum. Royal Rangers & MPact: Sunday afternoons offer boys' and girls' club meetings for fun, fellowship, and hands-on learning that is designed to draw children closer to Christ. Summer Camp: Christian Celebration Center hosts a summer camp at nearby Camp Neyati. Celebration Kids' Camp takes place every August. Each year, over 100 children experience God's great outdoors, with a camper to counselor ratio of 1 to 6 or better. Visiting evangelists provide great fun and teaching for awesome services where the Holy Spirit moves in a mighty way. This camp combines the unique experience of a summer camp with the special opportunity for kids to draw closer to God. Pre-School: The Children's Department at CCC provides care, teaching, and a strong Christian socialization environment for all attending children. Infants are cared for during each CCC service. Each child is individually prayed for when in the nursery facilities. Children begin learning how to pray for one another at age two and begin learning Christian values through Bible teachings and activities. BGMC: BGMC is the missions education emphasis for children in the Assemblies of God. It provides resources to help teach kids about missions. It supports our missionaries in their fields of ministry in America and around the world. Did you know? Among the Assemblies of God Missionaries, 85% were called to be missionaries while they were between the ages of 9 and 13! Our missionaries can use BGMC funds for any ministry supplies that relate to evangelism and discipleship. BGMC goes to where the need is the greatest, where the timing is the most urgent, and where people's lives can be changed forever. The first Sunday of every month is BGMC SUNDAY! Puppet Ministry: The Hands In Ministry (H.I.M) Puppet Team practices Sunday afternoons. Children ages 1st - 6th grade are taught the basics of puppet manipulations and work towards special performances at CCC and other community venues. (Children interested in joining the puppet team must start at the beginning of the current school year. However, visitors, are always welcome to sit in on practices.)
