PRAYER REQUESTS

"I call on you, O God, for you will answer me; give ear to me and hear my prayer."

We are blessed with the opportunity to bring our cares, concerns, hurts and joys to God in prayer.  We would like to join with you in praying over those things in your life.  So please enter your prayer request or let us know how God has answered your prayer.We will then share these requests with the prayer list and come together on Wednesday at noon to pray together as a body.

The implementation of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPPA) in April 2003 (which was created to protect patient confidentiality rights and primarily applies to doctors, pharmacies and health care organizations) has raised questions about the practice in religious organizations and churches of publicizing illnesses. While making public prayer requests is NOT a violation of the law, the following guidelines are recommended:

1. Prayer requests should be directly concerned with the individual submitting the request and/or their immediate family members.
2. Be aware that these prayer requests are NOT confidential. Any information that is questionable should be submitted in general terms. If you need specific or timely prayer please call the church directly. ex. please pray for Sue she is sick.
3. Be aware that these requests are submitted to a general office e-mail account and are only received M-F, 8am to 5pm. If there is a medical emergency then the church has an on call pastor available at 989-631-1300 during the business day and 989-600-5303 after 5pm.
